Peter Johnston is the founder and CEO of Kalo, the world's leading freelancer management platform used by clients including AirBnB, Google, Popsugar and The Economist to manage over 70,000 freelancers globally. As a Design Lead at Google, Johnston relied heavily on freelancers and found that much of his time was spent coordinating with little
