Philip Wood has been in the construction industry since trade school graduation in 1977. He worked with the second largest framing contractor in Massachusetts for 2 years. He then started a small remodeling business in the Area just South of Boston and ran it for 5 years as a sole proprietor. In 1984 he joined forces with a large roofing company as
their construction manager. In 1991, he started what is now Nailman Construction Llc . At Nailman Construction, he has run a wide range of projects ranging from a small 800 sq. ft. Home to a 40 room, 8 story hotel expansion in downtown Boston. He has overseen multiple new home construction projects, including Ivanhoe Estates in East Wakefield, NH and is now starting several new homes in Granby Ranch in Granby, Colorado as well as running the remodeling division of the company in the Boston area at the same time.
