Rachael is the Chief Financial Officer of Cloudlock, and is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s finance and accounting functions as well as managing relationships with the banking and investment community.
Before joining Cloudlock, Rachael served as Chief Financial Officer of Axeda Corporation, a leading cloud platform provider
of solutions for connected products and M2M applications. Ms. McCarthy’s resume includes over 20 years of experience working as a senior executive in fast growing software and SaaS companies in various financial, legal and business roles, including General Counsel of two software companies (Unica Corporation and Restrac/WebHire, Inc.) from very early stages through their initial public offerings.
Rachael holds a BS in Finance from University of Delaware, and a JD and LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
