Reggie is a biomedical engineer with a relentless desire to solve the core of a problem rather than simply relieving its symptoms. During his tenure at Epic, he developed a structure which shifted the company's focus from functionality to user workflows. The model he developed improved collaboration and specialization while also providing an
alternate growth path for implementers. In his subsequent career at CUNA Mutual, Reggie codified current processes and created a system that allowed individual underwriter performance to be objectively known and linked to the achievement of broader product goals.
