The inspiration for Workshop Cafe came from Rich's own experiences working from coffee shops as a Silicon Valley startup junkie, combined with his experience building/scaling One Medical Group from it’s earliest days as VP Operations, heading all Operations and Engineering.
Craving a coffee shop experience that caters to laptop
professionals, Rich's obsession with service, technology, and design led him to reconsider the whole experience from the ground up; bringing excellent service, enabled by technology, powered by amazing people.
