Robert is a long-time payments industry veteran with experience leading operations at Fortune 500 companies and startups. Prior to co-founding Qolo, he served as COO at WaveCrest Payment Services, as Vice President at FIS with a focus on prepaid deployments, and in operational and project management roles at Wildcard Systems and Euro RSCG. Robert
led operations and management of the largest card conversion in history between FIS and American Express at more than 100 million cards and 380,000 hours of work. He has extensive international payments experience and has launched award-winning, multi-currency payment programs. Robert is an expert in all facets of program management, including compliance, risk/fraud, and customer service.
Robert earned his BA and MBA from the University of Florida.
