exchange listings, restructurings, mergers/ acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs/buy-ins, acting on behalf of clients with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (now JSE Limited), the London Stock Exchange, the Securities Regulation Panel (now replaced by the Takeover Regulation Panel) and the South African Reserve Bank.
