Stephen Cortinovis has been a co-owner of Lasco Foods, Inc. (a food services industry manufacturer and distributor) since 2005. He was a partner in Bridley Capital Partners (a private equity firm) from 2001 until 2007. Previously, he was President - Europe of Emerson Electric Co. from 1995 until 2001 and held various other executive positions at
Emerson Electric from 1977 to 1995. Mr. Cortinovis also serves on the Boards of Directors of Plexus Corp. and Lasco Foods, Inc.
