Stephen Steinberg is the Founder and President of EndoSound. He is a 40-year professional career that has focused on the use of endoscopes to perform diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures. He has performed thousands of EUS procedures, mentored numerous clinicians and trainees, and served as a key opinion leader (KOL) for the major
endoscope and medical device companies.
Dr. Steinberg graduated from Cornell University Magna Cum Laude in physics and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with honors. He spent 30 years in academic medicine, reaching the rank of full Professor of Medicine and Surgery. He is the co-inventor for EndoSound’s patent awards.
