Teri List-Stoll joined DICK’S Sporting Goods Inc. in August 2015 as executive vice president and chief financial officer, overseeing the finance and legal organizations. Teri joined the Microsoft board of directors in October 2014. She also serves on the board of Danaher Corporation.
From September 2013 to March 2015, Teri served as executive
vice president and chief financial officer at Kraft Foods Group. She was Senior Vice President of Finance at Kraft Foods Group from September 2013 to December 2013 then as a senior advisor through May 2015.
As CFO, she led the organizations of finance, information services and business process excellence. Her responsibilities included financial planning, accounting and reporting, internal audit, treasury, tax, acquisitions and divestitures, and investor relations.
Prior to Kraft, Teri served as senior vice president and treasurer at Procter & Gamble (P&G), which she joined in 1994 to September 2013. From 1991 to 1993, she was a fellow with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
Prior to her fellowship at FASB, she spent over nine years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, providing financial counsel to large multinational companies.
Teri has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Michigan University and is a certified public accountant.
