Troy has founded and co-founded several energy efficiency companies over the past 20 years, including TEN. The foundation for each of these companies has been a solid understanding of the ever-changing needs of customers. For Troy, perhaps the most exciting aspect of TEN is the company’s focus on developing and utilizing proprietary technology to
establish energy efficiency as a viable business tool for our customers.
By doing so, he expects TEN to be recognized as the nation’s leading innovator in building efficiency. Troy has a BA from Dickinson College and has participated in the Entrepreneurial Leadership Forum through the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
He is very active in the Pittsburgh community, currently serving or having served on a number of non-profit boards. He resides in the suburbs of Pittsburgh with his wife, Annika, and his three small children.
