Waaree Energies reported significant growth in its financial performance, with Q4 FY26 net profit rising 71.4% year-on-year to ₹1,061 crore, supported by revenue more than doubling to ₹8,480 crore from ₹4,004 crore in Q4 FY25. The company also achieved a 71% increase in EBITDA, reaching ₹1,577 crore. In Q3 FY26, Waaree Energies' revenue more than doubled year-on-year to ₹7,565 crore, reflecting rapid growth from its expanding solar manufacturing operations and exports. Additionally, the company reported a 134% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to ₹8.78 billion amid capacity expansion. Waaree Energies diversified its renewable energy value-chain presence by acquiring majority stakes in several companies, spending more than ₹2,700 crore on these deals. The company received approval to invest ₹8,175 crore in a new lithium-ion battery gigafactory, which is expected to create around 3,000 direct jobs once operational.
