EDUCATION
C Brennan Poole studied Managerial Sciences at Robinson College of Business focusing in Service Operations Management at Georgia State University in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Robinson is Georgia State's most storied program as the South's largest & oldest business college. C Brennan was recognized as a Faculty Scholar in 2004. Poole also was recognized in 2005; making the school Dean's List.
All said C Brennan attended 4 high schools, 2 Universities (University of West Georgia & The Georgia State University), & successfully navigated over 13 different institutional frameworks while in US institutional model of education. The time at Robinson helped develop his soft skills for leadership roles and create a foundation that helped establish early success in leadership and organizational development. The BBA at RCB is a Top 50 ranked program according to US News & World Report 2020; rated 5th ranking by US Chamber of Commerce (2019), & is a 4-Palmes business school with Significant International Influence.
CAREER
At 27, C Brennan became the youngest Ops Manager for Saia LTL Inc, a Top 10 Fortune ranked, less-than-load (LTL) carrier, and billion buck plus, revenue generator with 10's of thousands of team members. His team of over 400+ associates and terminal (ATL) remains the largest, & most heavily trafficked in their international network. C helped institute a total process overhaul with four programs now serving as competitive advantages at the international freight and logistics carrier.

ROLE MODELS
C Brennan's would meet and work for his hero while at Ted Turner's signature bison steak house in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Having the privilege of being Ted Turner's preferred host as he began to request him personally while working at the casual fine-dining saloon themed environment. While working at Ted's his Senior year at State, C also met & got to see first-hand the meaning of the sustainable business model from Ted's Co-founder George McKerrow. He'd also meet and learn bits of wisdom from Arthur Blank, Founding Partner of Home Depot and President of the Atlanta Falcons, Neal Boortz, nationally syndicated radio host, Shannon Sharpe, Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos, and other conscientious, yet disruptive influencers.
THE ACCIDENT
In June 2012, a non-fault car accident sidelined his career and life course causing an all-too-familiar injury (C4-C7 cervical radiculopathy). At twenty-nine his corporate career was about to come to a pain-filled end. A return to work was attempted in August '12, but he would only make it six months before having to concede defeat. He, like many before him, struggled with cause and effect. Losing purpose for a time while struggling to survive. On 10 May 2019 clarity found the purpose for service and the real-time startup you are currently a part of. The metrics are unorthodox but they are there; and we've begun to further improve upon them.
