Eoin Keary, Edgescan CEO and Founder is a veteran of the cybersecurity industry, an experienced leader of technology teams and always focused on software development. Eoin founded the Irish Chapter of the OWASP Foundation in 2004, held the Global Vice Chair position, and led the development of the OWASP Testing and Code Review Guides. He was named
OWASP Person of the Year for 2015 and 2016 and was awarded the Tech Excellence Rising Star Award in 2015. Prior to founding Edgescan in 2011, Eoin managed global enterprise cybersecurity engagements, developed software, and led penetration testing teams for large global enterprises, including Ernst and Young, Fidelity Investments, and Ericsson. Eoin attended Trinity College of Dublin and the Technological University of Dublin, where he studied Computer Engineering.
