We Build it

Clients come to us with a need which we then assign a lead developer to address. This need quickly turns into a development plan with estimate and timeline. When client agrees, we build a team using our curated coders and work begins.

We Prove it

We will test or pre-screen applicants for you all major programming languages for them to prove their knowledge not just answer simple CS based questions, real programming you pick from a growing library to cover actual work on the job, not silly questions.

We Run it

Our proprietary software runs online hackathon, allows for coders to push code, clients can demo and choose the winner. We track user volume via a custom point system that as coders place and clients have successful projects, they both earn additional benefits.

We Staff it

Our platform is built to support introducing positive experiences and allows for placement in addition to our Hack it, Build it.
