360 Sierra builds Shaka Buddy, an AI + IoT platform that runs operations for small and mid-size businesses. Once a job is on the calendar, Shaka Buddy turns manual handoffs into a coordinated flow: it plans work, assigns tasks by role and priority on a kanban-style Ops Board, syncs with GPS/sensors for live asset status, and automates
dispatch, turnarounds, and maintenance. The result is higher utilization, fewer errors, and capacity growth without extra hires. We started in rentals as Rental Buddy, where we automated turnaround and handoffs for operators. We’re now live with two fleets (90+ assets), including Native Campervans, and have delivered $80K in documented savings while processing millions of telematics events. Pricing is $15–$35 per asset per month. Goal: 10,000 assets in 18 months for $4.2M ARR. Integrations include Wheelbase and Rental Car Manager. Shaka Buddy is API-first and slots in above existing scheduling, POS, and telematics systems, creating an “operations control layer” that unifies data and workflows across teams and vendors. As usage grows, the platform compounds value by learning each customer’s SOPs and building an operations data graph (tasks, asset states, turnaround times, compliance logs). This interoperability, data asset, and clear expansion path across verticals (restaurants, breweries, laundromats, marinas, equipment yards) make Shaka Buddy a natural tuck-in for larger SaaS, field service, fleet, or IoT platforms seeking to extend into post-schedule automation.
