Accurate Business Systems was founded in 1989 as a consulting business by Jerry Jaskowiak, who holds degrees in Finance, Data Processing and Business Management. In late 1990, a Fraternal life insurance company commissioned Accurate Business Systems to develop a system that would facilitate the company’s Schedule D management and reporting
responsibilities. PortMan (i.e. PORTfolio MANager) was born. Today they are deeply ingrained into Schedule D reporting and management. They no longer perform consulting services, but instead specialize in providing Schedule D solutions for the insurance industry through their outsourcing services and the PortMan software.
