They are the fence at the top of the cliff, working with people at risk of getting into trouble to divert them from crime. They are the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, helping people transition from prison or court supporting them in the community to stop them from re-offending. they change people’s lives. They offer innovative programs responding to unemployment, mental illness, disability, homelessness, substance use and offending behavior throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria and into New South Wales. All of their services are delivered through their ‘wrap around’ service delivery model to achieve better outcomes for their clients and the communities they serve.
