preferred initial investment range falls between $2-5 million. Furthermore, it is AIG-Orion's fundamental belief that a company's success depends largely upon the founders and supporting team. Therefore, the company does not take a controlling interest in companies, rather, AIG-Orion believes the equity interest of the founders and employees must serve as the main incentive to assume primary responsibility for daily management and for the company's long-term success.
