Ameri Energy Group is a US based firm engaged in energy-saving products. The company is seeking to raise funding to set up the company exclusive sales and marketing teams for its products across the globe. The funds will also serve to fund the operations in the key markets it has targeted and to establish a new production plant as part of the
second phase expansion. The Company eventually plans to go public or get sold to a strategic buyer by 2017. The Company will be managed by the Manager and will have exclusivity in selling, marketing, and distributing energy saving products called “SunShine”. These innovative day lighting products improve the lighting in flat roofed buildings such as warehouses, factories, and retail stores and keep energy waste and consumption at the lowest level. SunShine products are patented and trademarked. They are being manufactured by a US publicly traded company in Connecticut through its production plant in Shanghai. The company will continue with its successful operation and offering an environmentally friendly method that is creating clean environment and saving client’s money.
