Aquis Exchange is an independent, pan-European cash equities trading venue with a unique, subscription based, pricing model. Aquis Exchange uses its own highly-performant trading technology, which is developed in-house. Aquis Exchange’s technology is also available for licencing to third parties via the Company’s software division, Aquis
Technologies.
Aquis Exchange is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to operate a multilateral trading facility. The Company was launched in November 2013 to introduce competition and innovation to the market.
