As renting numbers continue to increase, Beal Properties is responding to these trends. The company champions condo deconversion, which can create greater opportunities for potential renters in metropolitan and urban areas.
In addition to providing several housing options to the residents, Beal Properties is dedicated to helping underserved communities and neighborhoods in the Chicago Area by giving to philanthropy organizations. These organizations include the American Heart Association, the Chicago Community Trust, the Highland Park Community Foundation, the LGBT Community Fund Build Chicago, and several more.
Philanthropy is a priority of Beal Properties; in 2018, the property management company announced the formation of a Giving Team, created with the main goal of giving support for Beal Properties’ community involvement. It was also created with the intension of allowing the company to increase the reach of its philanthropic efforts in general.
