It offers inbound call services, such as general customer service support, product/service support, technical IT support, account and
billing enquiries/transactions, complaints/problem-resolution, campaign response management, sales order processing and tracking, and data capture and data inputting services.
The company also provides outbound/marketing services, which include general customer care calls, after sales calls, surveys and market research, soft debt management, and sales campaign cold-calling services; and technical support services through voice-based and email services, such as broadband set-up and access, technological diagnostics and solutions, level I and level II support, escalations from level I, out of scope support, hardware and software set-up and ongoing support, and upgrades and maintenance services.
