Books A Million (BAM!) is a book retailing company in the Southeastern United States that sells books, magazines, collectibles, toys, electronics and accessories, and gifts. Books-A-Million operates coffeehouses within its superstores called Joe Muggs. Books A Million was founded in 1917 and is headquartered in Alabama, United States with more than 250 stores in 31 states and the District of Columbia.
