BPOSeats.com allows applicants in selected cities to upload digitalized resumes and interviews of themselves. BPOSeats.com also had roaming mobile interview teams,
and growing recruitment hubs in selected BETA cities. Applicants go through a filmed interview and are professionally assessed by HR. At this moment we have over 10000 filmed applicants
Clients looking for BPO solutions can go through our available facilites and applicants. They can choose a facility (optional) and/or selectively choose applicants based off the merits of their resume and filmed interview. They then package together their needs and the operation comes to life through digital confirmation (email/SMS driven.)
Client has the ability to negotiate with salary and applicants have the ability to accept/reject offers.
Once finalized, approved applicants arrive at facility wherein their time is logged through platform (white-listed to specific static IPs) and their payroll is automagically generated from time-in & time-out through platform.
