Our process is consultative, there’s no ‘hard sell’ – we work with you to get you covered. Insurance is important and you are making decisions that will have a huge impact on you and your
family at claim time. It’s got to be the right decision for you.
Initially one of our advisers will meet with you. We listen and ask questions, gather information and work with you to identify your needs. We also provide information on the insurance benefits available and how these will fit in with your requirements. We then review and analyse your information, collate quotes and present your personalised recommendation.
Once you’ve decided to proceed, our team collects any extra information necessary to finalise your policy. You will continue to hear from us regularly, because at BRAVEday, our main goal is to take care of you and fight for you at claim time. We are your advocate and will do everything we can to ensure that your insurance claim is handled quickly, with a minimum of fuss.
