The Bridlepath Properties Group is an integrated group of companies, involved in the development, management, investment and financing of commercial and residential real estate in Southern Ontario. BRIDLEPATH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Bridlepath Property Management (BPM) acts in coordination with the investment arm of the Bridlepath Properties Group in
managing properties belonging to Group companies. BPM’s focus has historically been on condominium buildings, commercial and residential properties, and rental pools. BPM is a licensed Condominium Management Provider with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario. BPM’s objective with each property is to create stabilized occupancy levels and provide cost-effective property management services using a personal “hands-on” approach, thereby maximizing the value of the Group’s property investments. DIRECT INVESTMENTS The investment arm of the Bridlepath Properties Group comprises of various single purpose companies which own specific properties or groups of condominium units at a specific property. This arm of the Group is focused on identifying value-added investment opportunities throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario. Through in-depth analysis and initial evaluation of opportunities, the Group has continued to add investments to its portfolio, which it has then nurtured to provide superior returns to the Group. BRIDLEPATH CAPITAL CORPORATION Bridlepath Capital Corporation is the lending arm of the Bridlepath Properties Group, offering customized mortgage lending solutions on properties in the residential and commercial space. With ever tightening credit approval requirements from regulated financial institutions, Bridlepath Capital Corporation offers short-term equity-based mortgage alternatives to both individuals and companies. Bridlepath Capital Corporation is a licensed mortgage administrator with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
