Broadcast Pix provides integrated production systems that create live video. It offers Granite HD live video production systems with a switcher, video server, graphics system, and other gear to create live video. The company's Granite systems include Granite 100, a multi-definition live video production system to control it with either a
mouse, touch-screen, or optional iPad app; Granite 1000, a control panel to the Granite 100 to control, to switch cameras without the Granite Server, and to streamline workflow with file-based data; and Granite 5000, a control room built around an HD production switcher with 2 mix/effect systems (M/Es).
Broadcast Pix also provides Slate hybrid video production systems, which include external inputs for cameras and other live video sources, and file video and key inputs from the built-in clip and graphics stores. The company's Slate systems comprise a Slate 100 live integrated production system to control it with either a mouse, touch-screen, or optional iPad app; Slate Portable with switcher, multi-view monitoring, clip store, CG, graphics, and format conversion; and Slate 1000 Hybrid System with a 1 M/E control panel and workflow tools to create content. Its Slate systems also include the Slate 2100 Hybrid System for hybrid SD and analog studios; the Slate 3000 Hybrid System with integrated routers; and the Slate 5000 Hybrid System that combines a 2 M/E switcher with workflow tools to create content.
The company's customers comprise remote, Webcast, podcast, entertainment, mobile, corporate, education, religious, financing, and government studios, as well as broadcast stations, Internet broadcasters, production trucks, stadiums, staging companies, and mobile production companies. It represents its solutions through video dealers and distributors in the Americas and internationally.
