It also sells fracture simulation software and provides fracture design, engineering and consulting services to oil and natural gas companies worldwide through its wholly owned subsidiary, StrataGen, Inc. The Company, during the year ended December 31, 2012, wound up its business in Applied Geomechanics, Inc.
