Care One has been providing quick and effective staffing solutions. Care One's President and CEO, Steven Cook, founded the company in response to Michigan's shortage of healthcare professionals in order to assist facilities in remaining adequately staffed in order to provide quality care. He quickly recognised that the poor quality of
matching staff to facilities was exacerbating the shortage of healthcare professionals. Nobody seemed to be listening to the needs of the employees, and no one appeared to be listening to the needs of the facilities. Steven Steven made the decision to take a different approach. His goal was not to be the largest staffing agency, but rather the best staffing agency. He arrived at a simple philosophy that is still in use today.
