Located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Carthage College offers a balanced educational experience. Carthage College is a Lutheran school that integrates faith and spirituality while challenging its students to become boldly innovative intellectuals.
Students at Carthage may obtain a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a number of disciplines. A few of the
major areas of study at Carthage are Accounting, Business, Classics, Creative Writing, Pre-law, Music, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Theatre Arts.
Carthage also offers unique programs outside of the regular academic offerings. These include the Carthage Symposium, an innovative interdisciplinary program where students examine a topic from the perspective of different disciplines.
There is also the Augustine Institute of Carthage, which offers additional opportunities for students to engage in intellectual exploration.
A Carthage education also includes religious services held regularly at the campus chapel. As part of their spiritual practice students are also encouraged to do service in and beyond the community.
Student service offerings include career and transfer services as well as health and counseling centers.
Financial aid is available to those who qualify and is obtained primarily through loans, grants, work-study and scholarships.
