Clovi helps improve organizational performance and employee total well-being through AI-driven People Analytics.
Our software as a service platform integrates with various collaboration systems (such as Email, Calendar, Slack, GitHub) to auto-ingest current and historical metadata on various forms of formal and informal employee communications. We
combine this metadata with the employee profile and performance data we collect from HCM (Human Capital Management) systems, and with the data we collect from our own and third-party employee feedback surveys and wellness screenings. Our software then uses state of the art behavioral and data science techniques such as Organizational Network Analysis, Adaptive Conjoint Analysis, and Machine Learning to draw descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive insights that proactively identify at-risk or under-performing employees and suggest actionable recommendations their managers can take to mitigate the problem.
Our target customers include rapidly growing or technology centric businesses with 50+ knowledge workers who communicate and collaborate electronically. We are currently working with a select group of Alpha customers to fully build out our product and prove our vision.
Clovi also owns CloviFlow, a business subsidiary which sells and operates our Wellness Analytics and Data Collection software. Already producing revenue, CloviFlow has been deployed at 200+ employers to-date and has been used by their biometric screeners to screen 35,000+ employees.
Silicon Vallley based Clovi was founded by mathematicians from Harvey Mudd College and UCLA, behavioral scientist from Pitzer, and a Fortune-500 strategy consultant / serial technology entrepreneur with multiple exits.
