ClubLocal is a concierge-like service that directly connects customers with home service/repair providers via their website or mobile application.
Customers book appointments online, over the phone or from ClubLocal’s iPhone app. On the day of an appointment, ClubLocal notifies customers when a Service Pro is en route and emails and stores
all customer paperwork (estimates, invoices and warranties) in their online account. Pricing for each job is pre-determined and pre-negotiated by ClubLocal to provide below-market and consistent pricing for all customers. Customers can pay by check or by swiping their credit card on a ClubLocal provided iPad. Each ClubLocal job is backed by a ClubLocal Satisfaction Guarantee.
