CCC adheres to an open admissions policy, inviting all students who are at least 18 years old and have earned a high
school diploma or GED in Louisiana to apply. All incoming students are required to take the COMPASS or Wonderlic entrance exam.

The college works closely with area institutions like the North Oaks Hospital and Clinic, Slidell Memorial Hospital and Lakeview Regional Medical Center to provide graduates with plenty of potential employment opportunities.
Once you complete a program, you will be prepared to take the respective state of Louisiana licensing examinations.
To help its students cover tuition costs, CCC is authorized to offer financial aid to students who demonstrate need through a variety of programs, like federal Pell grants, direct student loans and the Louisiana Workforce Investment Act.
