(2) Corepoint Community Exchange is a web services-based solution to overcome the connectivity challenges to multiple remote care locations.
The Corepoint Decisions suite includes the following product offerings:
(1) Corepoint Action Points is a real-time data alert system which enables individuals to make decisions based on the most current point-in-time information available.
(2) Corepoint Operations Monitor is a web-based, dashboard-like view of key operational data for a healthcare organization or department.
