Dauphin Capital Partners was founded in 1998 to provide venture backing to promising companies in the medical industry. Our first fund, DCP I representing $30mm in commitments, is fully invested with our prototypical investment being $2mm of a $5-10mm round. Most of the companies in DCP I provide support services or technology to the medical
industry. Our 2001 follow on fund, representing $6 million in commitments, is solely focused on medical service companies and has closed on two new investments and several smaller follow-on investments from DCP I companies.
