Reviewing some of the customer comments, there is a marked difference between the ratings and comments. The absence of a set criteria makes the rating unreliable and misleading.

Solution: IntelyDine solves this problem by asking 10 simple questions relevant to the customer's experience and they are rated on a scale of 10 points for each question, thereby totaling to a maximum score of 100. These 10 simple questions can be answered in 10 seconds or less using the slider scale.
