The company distributes FSC-certified bamboo toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent sheets, and NYIOOC 2026 award-winning Calabrian extra virgin olive oil exclusively through
luxury multifamily residential buildings at the moment residents move in.
Domus is currently partnered with Greystar, the largest multifamily operator in the country, across the Northeast and Southeast. Buildings are onboarded through a proprietary partner portal that manages ordering, custom branded gifting, and resident-facing product delivery at scale. The Domus model converts the move-in moment into a direct-to-consumer flywheel — residents become repeat customers through QR-code driven reorders and subscription, creating a measurable and recurring revenue stream that no traditional retail channel can replicate.
Domus was founded by Alison Graham Mead, a CPG veteran with 9 years of enterprise distribution experience at Red Bull and Boston Beer Company.
