There are numerous other projects in the works but purchasing these properties and rehab costs puts a major damper on using "traditional" hard money. We have been approached by a City Council Woman to see what we can do to purchase and rehab abandoned houses throughout Cheyenne but once again the financing has seemed to be the major downfall of trying to help the City beautify the area and provide affordable housing for those in need.
