Academics at Educating Hands include a comprehensive 624-hour massage therapy program that covers
everything from its scientific backgrounds to the professional business skills needed in the profession.
Most of your instruction consists of hands-on training in the student clinic. This will help you develop critical thinking skills as you assess and determine which kind of treatment is best for your patient.
A portion of your education deals exclusively with developing a keener insight into yourself and others so that you can communicate better with your clients.
Once you complete the program, you will be able to continue your education by taking advanced seminars in subjects like Hawaiian LomiLomi Massage, Energy Awareness and Protection and Babysagges. You will also be able to renew your massage therapy license.
Any student over 18 who has a high school diploma or GED has the opportunity to apply. To complete the application process, students are required to complete an interview with an admissions advisor from Educating Hands.
