The Vision: FanDistro will be the distribution channel of choice for independent artists and labels, allowing any artist to be marketed and distributed using the Company’s technology in concert with their fan base. FanDistro will use its technology to identify and develop promising talent by monitoring those artists whose music sales excel via the Company’s service, thus acting as an inherently accurate A&R filter. Any artist can receive the basic digital distribution service, and select artists can receive additional distribution for physical product and merchandise as well as some level of marketing support, or even full service marketing, tour support and label distribution.
