FIXR is an international SaaS platform, providing ticketing, event management, CRM, marketing, and business information software for its clients, comprising event organisers and venues of all sizes. The Company’s clients range from organisers of single annual events, to multi-brand, cross border businesses with complex requirements.
FIXR has
worked with organisers running events in over 40 countries, spanning a range of verticals, including nightlife, live music, festivals, community events, sports and the arts, and has transacted hundreds of millions of dollars on their behalf, since inception.
Organisers can use the platform to distribute tickets via FIXR’s proprietary website and app marketplaces, or through their own website using the FIXR TicketShop white label plugin. Sophisticated marketing tooling provides clients with a full insight into their customer origination, journey and lifecycle, allowing them to optimise their marketing investment. Best practice ecommerce protocol and customer conversion analysis protects clients’ marketing investment and minimises churn, underpinned by a sophisticated, integrated CRM and multi-channel messaging system.
The Company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in London, with international subsidiaries in South Africa, the EU and the United States.
