FLUBETECH SL is a PVD (Magnetron Sputtering evaporation technology) and CVD (Reactive Particles CVD and Hot Filament CVD) job coatings plant located in Castellar del Vallès, near Barcelona. Since it was funded, Flubetech activity was focused in hard thin films coatings. It started in 2006 as a start up company in IQS (Private University on
Chemistry) with Reactive Particle CVD technology.
In 2010 Flubetech moved to Terrassa and set up a Magnetron Sputtering reactor for PVD coatings.
In 2015 Flubetech has moved to a new plant in Castellar del Vallès.
Flubetech is offering the most common coatings as TiN, AlTiN (Hyperlox), but specially DLC, TiB2, PC Diamond and Hipims coatings as HPN1 and Hardlox. Cutting tools, injection molds, cold and hot stamping dies and bio - medical devices are the industrial areas were these coatings have been implemented.
Flubetech has got its ISO 9001/2008 and ISO 13485/2012 certification in 2013 to carry on processes for different industrial areas as: automotive, aerospace, food, chemical and bio - medical. Nowadays Flubetech is dealing with Spanish, Portugese, French, and Chile manufacturers.
