The company investigates in its own laboratories, and it is the co-organizer and main sponsor
of Science & Cooking Public Lectures at Harvard University (Boston), and Science and Cooking World Congress. In the investment area Gastro Ventures has two vehicles: Koete Food Venture Fund I (investing in international foodtech early stage opportunities) and Koete Food Venture Builder I (investing in own spin-off companies). The business area is formed by Gastronomy Solutions (gastronomy solutions to the food industry) and Carrot (culinary partner for high-end hotels).
