Genus is the world’s first technology-backed hospitality management company; we are currently creating a highly secure voice-enabled mobile application. We have already completed 50% of the development process, and the app will enable users to verify their IDs and make payments without the need to physically visit our reception.
Additionally,
we're excited to introduce a brand new concept called Cloud Concierge, which involves a digital reception with virtual front desk staff. This innovation is not only an effective solution for addressing labor shortages within the industry but also reduces HR and training costs by 75%.
In the second phase, we will introduce Property Management System (PMS) centric In-Room Automation, which will allow guests to operate all the electronics in their hotel rooms using voice commands and communicate with the front desk without the need to touch remotes or phones.
The final phase will be to automate the lobby area utilizing Hologram technology for meet & greet services.
