Established in order to produce exclusively polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging, GEPACK has an indoor area of 6000m² with the necessary technical and human resources to produce premium quality products. With a capacity of more than 150 million units per year (15 production lines fully automated, 3 of them are Injection machines) we are
responsible for the whole process, from the conception and drawing of the bottle to the production of the moulds and final production. This guarantees a period of delivery of between 7 to 9 weeks from the drawing and conception of the bottle (working in coordination with the Customer), through to the beginning of the production.
There are four main business areas that GEPACK supplies; (Pharmaceutical & Food Supplements; Personal Care, Cosmetics & Toiletries; Food & Beverage; and Household & Consumer). Export sales represent more than 75 % of our turnover in 16 Countries within Europe, Middle East, and the Maghreb.
GEPACK has more than 160 bottle references as standard with capacities between 5ml and 3.000ml. We also have several exclusive and custom made designs of bottles.
