the year of 2010. Later on, in autumn 2010, it was decided that the asset management should be transferred from Börsgruppen to a company which would be called Handels Capital Management AB.

In order to provide the schools other entities, including Handels Holding AB, services in combination with an ambition to operate the business in a more professional and realistic manner, Börsgruppen decided to form a separate company for the groups capital management division.

HCM’s business idea is to, through analysis and advisory, provide cost-efficient and competitive capital management to those entities within University of Gothenburg who are in need of such services. While doing this, our ambition is to provide further education and practise for the schools students within finance.
