Founded in 2002 by Comtrend Corporation, a leading global supplier of advanced networking solutions, and Hung Lung Engineering – INTERCHAN is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan with regional offices in Hong Kong, Manila, Jakarta and Bangkok, Thailand. Interchan was spun off from Comtrend in 2006. Interchan completed a successful exit and was acquired by Edimax corporation a publicly traded company since 2001 as part of a larger merger that included taking over 44% of Comtrend corporation.
