For an associate degree in the Irvine, California area, there may be no better school to attend than Irvine Valley College.
This two-year school offers a number of options in earning an associate’s degree. Business Sciences, Education, Fine Arts, Guidance and Counseling, Health Sciences, Humanities and Languages, Life Sciences and Technologies,
Computer Science and Engineering, Physical Sciences and Technologies, and Social and Behavioral Sciences are among the programs available to study.
Career Technical Education and Workforce Development are other academic programs, which allow students to learn hands on skills that will be useful in the workforce.
The distance learning option allows students to take part in their classes wherever they can access the internet. Many of the same classes that are offered on-campus can be found within this option. It’s perfect for students who already have a full workload on top of their academic studies.
The Learning Center has tutoring and other skill learning workshops available for any student who seeks it out. There is also a transfer center, counseling, and job placement services.
Financial aid is awarded to eligible students who submit the FAFSA, in order to help cover tuition costs.
