It was a natural transition to move from custom business software to
developing an industry specific package. They developed the program because there was a need. CRISMA was created with the input of body shop owners and managers who had yet to find a program that met their requirements. Since the first installation in 1995, they have continued to enhance the program to fully meet the challenges of today’s collision shop.
